All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended — in such cases, we will keep you informed.

We work with trusted courier services to guarantee safe and timely delivery. The shipping method is automatically selected based on your delivery address and the package weight.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or absence, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Re-shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

 

7. Damages or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can review and resolve the issue.

Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at nibbunStore@gmail.com.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser first, we will refund the original buyer.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

If the item value exceeds €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over €45. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 will apply. This policy is valid for all eligible countries we ship to, including Spain, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, and Mexico.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 10 to 20 calendar days, depending on the destination and local courier services. Please note that these are estimated times and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to customs.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We partner with reliable international carriers such as DHL, Cainiao, 4PX, and local delivery services depending on your region, to ensure fast and secure delivery of your package.

What are your shipping costs?

  • Orders under €45: €4.99 flat fee
  • Orders over €45: Free shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your total order value.

Can I change my delivery address after the order is shipped?

If your order has already shipped and you need to change the address, please contact us as soon as possible at nibbunStore@gmail.com.
Note: If the courier allows address changes, a rerouting fee may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
